We’re back – and we have not been idle during the Covid-19 lockdown. We have a new-look shop and some wonderful new stock for you to browse including some great soundtracks, jazz, pop, rock and folk records.
The Record Album will re-open for business on Friday June 19 at 10am, closing at 5pm, and will be open on Fridays and Saturdays for the same hours until further notice.
Following the lockdown, we will be implementing new measures for the safety of our customers and staff.
For the time being we will be admitting only one customer to the shop at a time (though more from the same household will be allowed).
All visitors to the shop will be asked to wear their own masks and use the hand-sanitiser and disposable gloves (which we will provide) if they wish to browse our records. The shop will be cleaned and sprayed at the end of each day.
We will also offer customers the opportunity of a timed appointment outside the published hours of opening so please either email us at info@therecordalbum.com or telephone 01273 323853 and leave your name, telephone number and some suggested dates and times and we will get back to you.
We will also offer a click-and-collect service if there is a particular record you wish to purchase.
Throughout the lockdown we have continued to trade online and that continues so please visit our website www.therecordalbum.com where you can also browse our stock.
